More Grim[m] Desires vividly visualises five well-known
European fairy tales exposing each story’s rich symbolisation
of deeply rooted human instincts, fears and desires. Timeless
themes such as jealousy, fidelity, betrayal and envy are
explored with the choreographer’s sharp eye for the
ironic and grotesque.
Visually captivating, highly theatrical, and brilliantly
inventive, von Stockert’s tragi-comic dance theatre
