Join StopGAP for its 10th anniversary celebration. Starting out as a local community project back in 1995, the company has grown from strength to strength. Now a professional touring company performing around the world, StopGAP is delighted to toast A Decade of Dance at the Festival. Presenting the Woking premiere of Adam Benjamin’s ‘Dancer’s Syndrome’, popular favourites from its diverse repertoire, and new choreographies by company members, StopGAP dancers demonstrate their inspiring versatility, inventiveness and skill. Eckhard Thiemann, Director of Woking Dance Festival joins StopGAP’s Artistic Director, Vicki Balaam to chart the company’s pioneering progress with video footage of its ten year journey.
