Marketing Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic Volunteer who is willing to support Woking Dance Festival’s ambition of raising our profile locally and regionally; helping us maximize ticket sales through supporting the implementation of WDF Marketing Plan including updating the Woking Dance Festival web pages including the use of social media. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in marketing to get a taste of working within a small organisation.  

We are looking for someone with the following skills & committment:

• An interest in data research and websites

• Ability to commit to one day per week

• Confident computer ability including the use of MAC, Excel & Word

• A commitment to equal opportunities

• Excellent administration and time management skills

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member

• Strong written and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

• Knowledge of and interest in community dance
